A more personal background
I was born in Jackson, Michigan in 1994. I grew up on my grandparents sheep farm in Stockbridge, Michigan, spending lots of time outdoors.
As a child, I participated in my local 4-H Club for over 10 years.
I played multiple sports in high school and wrote for the school paper. I graduated from Stockbridge High School with the class of 2013 and took a leap year before enrolling at Adrian College.
In college, I participated in an entrepreneurial club, worked for the TV station, and hosted shows on the radio station. I was tabbed the professional voice of the AC football program as a freshman.
I also worked full-time through school as the news reporter for a local radio group. I anchored the noon and 5pm news and freelanced as an announcer for BCSN in Toledo, Ohio and JTV in Jackson, Michigan.
As a student, I started my own company, which has since expanded significantly. The company is now known as Schray Media, and serves as the parent company for a series of web based media outlets.
I graduated from Adrian College the Fall of 2018 with a B.A. Communication, featuring a minor in Journalism and Public Relations.
I then went on to obtain an M.A. in Strategic Leadership and Communication from Spring Arbor University. I graduated from SAU in the Fall of 2021.
I now reside in Tennessee.
I participate in causes that help children and promote education.
